The factory is in Dubai, UAE. A professional manufacturer of metal processing, cutting and fabrication. Aftermath the metal processing, metal parts need to be galvanized. The rectifier they current use are SCR type, there isn’t have water circuit system, the highest temperature is 55℃ in Dubai in summer, but there is a working room have air conditioner to keep the rectifier environment temperature lower than 40℃.

Considering the requirements, engineers suggest the 12V 2000A air cooled IGBT rectifier is the best solution. In January 2024, we have visited the factory and discussed the further cooperation, replace the six units SCR type rectifier to IGBT type, build the water circuit system.
