Liyuan Haina Group was founded in 1997. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a national green manufacturing factory. The company committed to the research and development and manufacturing of IGBT based rectifiers, SCR rectifiers, Pulse Power Supplies, Plasma rectifier, networked intelligent control systems and harmonic control devices. Electrolytic copper foil rectifiers and PCB electroplating rectifiers have a lot of domestic market share.
Liyuan Haina currently has two major production bases in Jiangxi, China with an area of about 53,000㎡ and Chonburi, Thailand with an area of about 52 acres, and three reaearch and development centers in Jiangxi headquarter and Shenzhen branch. In the field of high-power rectifier has accumulated rich experience, has a number of core technologies, but also pay special attention to various application areas in the power of energy-saving, intelligent breakthroughs and innovation.
The main products including: DC power supply, high-power high-frequency switching power supply, high-power energy-saving synchronous high-frequency switching power supply, high-power thyristor rectifier, pulse power supply, variable frequency power supply, electric vehicle charging pile module power supply, power quality products APF, SVG and high-power APFC, peak-valley power saving inverter, microgrid inverter. At present, the company is preparing to cooperate with Hunan University to study the peak-valley power saving scheme and device of hydrogen production and energy storage. The products are widely used in electrolysis, PCB electroplating, metallurgy, oxidation, coloring, electrophoresis, electrochemistry, testing, electrolytic gas, electrolytic copper foil, environmental protection electrolysis, water treatment electrolysis, rare earth electrolysis, heating power supply, surface treatment industry and other fields.
The company continues to absorb cutting-edge technologies from related industries in the world (Italy, Germany, the USA and Japan), and has a number of independent and forward-looking core technologies with domestic and foreign influence, obtained many patented technologies, and also pays great attention to energy-saving and intelligent breakthroughs and innovations in power supplies in various application fields. The company has three R&D centers at our Jiujiang headquarter and Shenzhen branch, focusing on R&D and innovation, especially in the direction of energy-saving and green power supplies research.
On the basis of introducing Schneider's lean digital management model, the Group has established the Liyuan Intelligent Manufacturing Platform (MIS) including digital systems such as ERP, PLM, and MES, and fully implemented the IS09001:2015 quality management system, including quality inspection of components in warehouse, production process inspection, and final product inspection. We adopt advanced scientific quality management system and the most stringent testing methods in the whole process to ensure the stability and reliability of products. The digital production operation management system protects the Liyuan Haina brand. Series of products have passed CE and CSA certification.
